锦辉酒店Jinhui Hotel — Restaurant in arrondissement d'Anfa مقاطعة أنفا

We went there for a big lunch before leaving Casablanca. This is not your average restaurant but a amal one that serves as a canteen for the guests who stay in their hotel. So it does not have that mainstream restaurant design and wow chic stuff. However their food is very authentic by Chinese standards. If you look for authentic Chinese food and not those westernized or local chinese food then this is the place. Do ask the chef for his recommendations of the day and you won’t regret. Among what we ordered we found their 酸菜鱼 Sichuan style boiled fish fillet with pickles and chilies (the huge pot in the center) very authentic. We totally enjoy it. It goes great with white rice ! Other seafood like steamed oyster and clam were below my expectations though. There should be room for improvement.

I will definitely recommend this restaurant and will come to try more dishes. I think it’s got the potential to be one of the top authentic Chinese...
