I've been willing to eat here for more than a year, finally today I was able to do so and what a disappointment. The restaurant was actually empty, only 3 tables and despite of that it took them 1h to bring the food because of a misunderstanding at the kitchen. The restaurant is cool, they even have a bar downstairs that we didn't see, but it opens at 19h. The important thing... let's talk about food: The starters were good (despite the burrata pomodoro which is so wrongly prepared with cherry tomatoes). Then we had pizza salmone (tasteless), spaghetti salmone (so tasteless and impossible to eat) and... don't remember what was the exact name, black spaghetti with seafood (seafood was ok, but in genera 5/10, you can eat better anywhere else). I recently had the pleasure of dining at Briganti, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors and presentation that left me truly impressed.

What made the experience even more remarkable was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Khalid, the manager, for ensuring everything was perfect throughout our visit. I also want to extend my gratitude to the servers, Mouad and Said, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality added a personal touch to our evening.

Even giving one star would be an absolute catering to the atmosphere. The music is abysmal: loud, relentless, and so heavy in low-frequency beats it feels as though your organs are being shattered from the inside out. (Any average of 85-90dB, which will indeed cause permanent damage for eardrums according to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)) Any Italian people would find it deeply repugnant.

And yet, the food is outstanding and astonishing; the flavors are deeply authentic, every dish a clear testament to tradition. The service is superb.
