I ordered a chicken burger and a juice and this was the most disappointing experience. The burger looked nice but was served cold. when notified the server who took it back to the kitchen they heated it up in the oven and brought it back only to be even more tasteless so I then asked to get a shawarma instead which my husband ordered and I tasted it before so I knew what it tasted like. When they brought me the shawarma I was shocked as there was no sauce in there compared to my husband almost like they have done it on purpose because I complained for the burger. The server was nice but after I complained the manager (tall man in white shirt) kept looking at me and giving me bad looks. I am a Moroccan native who lives abroad so I only come for holiday and was not expecting this kind of treatment by my own country.

I travel a lot and have been to different countries and restaurant all over the world so i tried so many dishes especially burgers and this one is definitely bad. Don’t even get me started on the fries which were cold and not fresh.

Things also to be noted for the kitchen or owner : The chicken is not prepared in the restaurant by the looks of it. Looks like a frozen chicken that has been fried and left to sit there for a while. The smoothie I ordered was kiwi banana and pineapple however for some reason they also added apple in there (I have some intolerances and apple is one of them). I did not ask for apple to be added and they haven’t said they have added it to it. Furthermore it was not blended well as I was left with pieces of fruit in there. I had to give it to my husband to drink anyway.
