Baba Turc Casablanca - Bouskoura — Restaurant in Bouskoura

I recently visited Babaturc, intrigued by the many glowing reviews I’d come across online. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.

Starting with the positives, the hummus was excellent—creamy, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was probably the highlight of the meal. However, the baba ghanouj was a disappointment. I’ve had better versions of this classic dish at more affordable spots, both in terms of taste and texture.

The mixed grill, which I had hoped would be a star attraction, was underwhelming. The meat was decent but lacked the wow factor that makes a grill stand out. Again, I’ve had better for less money.

Service was another letdown. The waiter didn’t write down the order, which led to mistakes and some items never arriving at the table. This oversight made the dining experience frustrating.

Overall, the quality-to-price ratio at Babaturc just doesn’t add up. While some dishes shine, the inconsistent service and unimpressive main courses make it hard to justify the bill. With so many great Turkish restaurants out there, I’d recommend exploring...

The food was absolutely delicious we ordered Mediterranean salad it was so delicious .Urfa kebab/Adana kebab and (shashlik)kebab were so yummy the meat was incredibly tender and perfectly marinated the atmosphere was great and the bathrooms were spotless which shows they really care about cleanliness (clean bathrooms🤭that's a big plus for me 😂) the only one thing I did not like was the Turkish tea actually it has nothing like to the real Turkish tea I had in Istanbul. Having had excellent breakfast the other day at the other Baba Turc restaurant, we stopped by this one for lunch. Well, what a great lunch. The formula for 2 was excellent: tasty food and great portion. The kunafa fromage was wonderful: crispy and chewy, and with the added ice cream! (Be sure to order it before finishing the meal as it takes 20 minutes to prepare). The service was also great. Medhi was a perfect waiter: helpful, attentive but not intrusive, patient and without delays....
