Jnane — Restaurant in Bouskoura

One of the worst experiences with this type of restaurants , unfortunately for such a price and placement I thought I was in for such great experience. However, I was shocked by the cold treatment from the waiters, and the food was border line too expensive for what's actually offering. The barbecue was borderline tasteless and the tea was not in the level of expectations. The sweets were good because they were coming from a next store oliveri, but their own dishes are not at good condition. The place and decor were good, the view is impecable and that's worth the 2 stars but pretty much anything else was not at the expected level. I sincerely hope that in the future we'll be seing a better level from such great renounced...

I gave 4 for 2 reasons, first there is no elevators to use from the garage to acces the restaurant we have childrens and we had to use the staires with the carseats and strollers to go up. the place it self is good even though its always crowded , food is delicious as expected not more. I went twice the first time didn't like it, the waiter service was really bad, didn't like the way he served us me and my freinds but second time was different it was a different waiter and a totally satisfying experience. If less than 1 star I would give it. The service was so bad the servants were so rude not professional. They set us in a dirty table at the worst spot in the restaurant, manager didn’t solve the problem the only excuse they give us is we are so many people and no room for all of us. the best part about it was they did not bring us the water until we asked so many times and just couple cups given, when I asked the server to bring us extra cups he said you can share the cups until they clean the rest .
