Beef&Reef — Restaurant in caïdat d'Aourir

Ive eaten here 3 times now and every time I ordered the steak as my main. The first time, I was so impressed the steak was perfectly cooked medium as requested, we had really nice wine, everyone was happy.

So we returned a few months later, and I ordered the steak again. It was sooo over cooked. And half the steak was just fat. It was inedible but my dogs were happy with my leftovers :) overall second experience was not as good as the first. Loud music, starters weren’t as good, over the top service (they’re really sweet and on top of it, but a little pushy at times)

Today I went for the 3rd time for lunch, thinking maybe it was just an off night last time. My husband had a burger and he liked it. But of course I ordered the steak again. And it came well-done. again. They insisted on making me a new one, which took a lonnnng time and when it arrived it was raw like still cold in the middle (not even exaggerating) so of course they insisted on cooking it again but it didn’t help. My dogs were happy again as they got to eat a whole 30 euro steak for lunch today :) (yes I was still charged) they were sorry, but I certainly will not return.

The service on this restaurant is off the roof. For also what seems to be positioned as a beach/pool restaurant, the menu is so good, with refined dishes such as the Lobster Mac and Cheese, Paella, Tomahawk, this restaurant just has so much to offer. The kitchen is run extremely professional We came here to lunch every day for 10 days in a row and never got tired of the menu or our food choices. But the best and most extraordinary is the service! To Yassine, Adil and Rabie, a huge thank you for making our stay perfect. The constant care and attention, the attentiveness to our complicated big group of 14, and the flexibility to meet our requests and demands was what also enabled our family to enjoy so much and spend so much time together. Absolutely perfect. Brought my partner here to this lovely restaurant with a sea view and luxury pool front as part of the Fairmont Hotel Resort.

We came after busy days of travelling and it was the perfect ambience to unwind with luxury service and food. The prices were also veery good considering this is on an expensive resort.

The restaurant manager and our personal waiter Amil were very personally attentive. They arranged a surprise birthday desert with candles I gave them and it was just perfect they were creative and came up with something lovely in the background for us.

Everything in the dinner was super high standard.

I would definitely go back.

Also had a golf cart take us from the entrance of the resort to the restaurant and back after dinner too....
