Blu Beach Taghazout Bay — Restaurant in caïdat d'Aourir

Have been really disappointed by this place. First of all, beautiful place; architecture is amazing and definitely worth seeing… however the overall service and the food doesn’t match the prices out there! Ordered a mixed grill which is quite expensive, they never asked how well cooked should be our meat and it came nearly burnt, I personally asked for their special fish; they advised what was supposed to be for two people, served on salt, it was supposed to be fully detailed. I got a small fish; not detailed and needed to ask a few times for someone to help me… I was nearly ok to leave that place without writing anything on Google but when the bill came; something strange happened; they brought a bill for an amount but asked me to pay 400 dirhams extra for drinks I had but they “forgot” to punch them… I then asked to take a copy of the bill with me which never came… it was so awkward that I just decided to leave and never come back… I really hope some Professional Manager will be appointed one day and train everyone from the kitchen to the service and give this place the 5 stars rating it definitely can obtain! Until then; good luck to anyone...

This tourist establishment is a source of noise pollution that disturbs the entire seaside resort and neighboring villages. They play very loud music throughout the day and night and don't care about anyone, neither children, nor elderly people, nor guests who pay too much to spend their vacations by the sea. It is an open-air nightclub. Bad experience. ...

It seems not all expectations meet satisfaction , obviously the blue part of the equation is available ,but where’s the prices promised and please tell me where’s the portion advertised , out of respect and motivation I rated 2 but believe me if it rolls with such obscene prices and a 0 flavor in their cuisine .. im sorry but you guys ain’t...
