Green Point — Restaurant in caïdat d'Aourir

I rarely write reviews, but what happened during our visit deserves to be shared. We came to this restaurant hoping for a pleasant meal, but unfortunately, the experience was far from that.

When we sat down at a table, we were accused of taking one that hadn’t been cleared yet, even though the table was completely empty, no plates, no glasses ;just dirty. Naturally, we expected the waiter to clean it, as any professional restaurant would do, but instead he said, quite bluntly:

“I’m not going to clean it.”

That response alone speaks volumes. Rather than taking responsibility for doing his job, he turned the situation against us, as if we were the ones at fault.

We then waited for over 30 minutes without anyone taking our order. When we politely expressed our frustration, the waiter replied:

“If you don’t like the table, you can leave.”

That level of rudeness and indifference was truly shocking. It wasn’t just poor service it felt like disrespect and discrimination, as if we weren’t genuinely welcome there.

Where to start…They know 0 english words! We ordered pasta alfredo and said twice that we want it without mushrooms, after 30minute wait (while we were the only ones here) they bring pasta with ONLY mushrooms and act all confused why we do not want it. I also ordered a salad where you choose all the ingredients by yourself (i chose feta amd got emental, i didnt choose carrot - got it anyways, i chose 1 dressing-got so many that it didn’t taste like a salad anymore). After i said that i would like feta cheese he said all confused that he will check and he came back saying it is the feta cheese. And then they bring me a smoothie that i did not order, again acting all confused. When we wanted to pay we got a receipt ang gave 200Dh (receipt was 175) and we waited 10 minutes to get our cash back while the waiter was standing by the counter doing nothing.
