We celebrated a birthday here and the experience was wonderful. We stayed at the hotel for a few nights and the restaurant contacted me to say they were aware that we would have a family birthday while we were staying and would I like assistance in organising a cake or anything else to make the birthday special. Wi Ai arranged for an incredible cake to come to our table, along with restaurant staff who sang happy birthday. This effort made and the attention to detail, it was very much appreciated. Recently dine here, 2 days ago. I must say the experience here is nothing short of amazing. It’s beautiful, the staff is amazing, very welcoming and the food is 10/10. Great Italian food. A lady called Soukaina who was a waiter was so lovely, she made sure myself my guest received everything, she was very attentive and she made us feel welcome. I would also like to say the recent manager I did not catch his name but when we went on the 28/09 at 9pm he introduced himself and he was very lovely and accommodating too. We would like to highly praise & thank in particular Oumaima Hkhande ( apologies if the surname is misspelt) for her fantastic service at breakfast on the mornings that she served us.

She remembered each of our orders from the day before without hesitation & her friendliness & professionalism was exemplary.

The selection of food was vast & diverse. Sometimes it did take a while for hot food orders to get to the table but it was always well cooked & beautifully presented when it arrived.
