I recently visited Pueblo Social Club and had a wonderful dining experience. Their menu offers a unique blend of traditional and modern cuisine with wellness elements.
I tried the Lobster & Roe toast (260 MAD) which features butter poached lobster, avocado, saffron aioli, orange sparkles, and salmon roe - a luxurious combination of flavors that was beautifully presented.
I also ordered the Cider Fire tonic shot (40 MAD), which is an apple cider concoction fermented for weeks with herbs that's meant to strengthen the immune system and help ward off colds. It was a refreshing and unique offering compared to typical restaurant beverages.
