We met Abdou accidentally when searching for a place to eat during a very rainy day. Abdou took us home which happened to be a small family business. It's not a restaurant per se, you eat in a real berber family home. Best morrocan salad and soup we had during our stay. Abdou and the kids also played some music for us 😊 Abdou happens to also be a local guide to a cave where caravans used to stay for the night on their way to the town. Initially I was a bit worried about safety of the cave as it was a rainy week but it turned out to be perfectly fine. The fun part was to cross the river which wasn't deep but quite strong. Be prepared with proper sandals or trainers that will get wet. Alternatively Abdou offers trainers so if you want to use them, have some socks as they are used. Abdou also gave us a quick tour around his village which is surprisingly full of history. Attention we don't speak much French but somehow managed to communicate half French half English have some coins for the kids as they will be playing...
