This is a pleasant hotel with very friendly staff and a nice pool. But the rooms are slightly small for the price. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea, and we had a small bed for our 2 year old daughter, but the bathroom felt a little old, no bath tub, and had a cockroach in it one night. The furniture was cheap and starting to fall apart and there was no fridge in the room which I had expected at 100Euros a night. ||The restaurant food was quite good, but the floors were not swept regularly so there were remains of other people's dinner on the floor at breakfast. Breakfast was not great for the price. Orange juice from concentrate (except on the last day when the owner made us freshly squeezed juice), eggs, bread and tea/coffee. Nothing else. ||Finally the real killer for us was the location. It's quite far out of the main town, so, although you can walk it (about 30 minutes) we took a taxi most of the time (quickly arranged through reception). There are no restaurants near by, so if you don't want to eat at the hotel, you have to get a taxi again. ||The pool is nice, but the tiles around it are black so get extremely hot, making it painful to walk around the edge!||The staff were very helpful and said we could organise an early dinner for our daughter if we wanted (it was ramadan), they also booked a grand taxi for us when we moved on. ||We were comfortable, but the location and quality of rooms & breakfast don't justify the price. This was one of the most expensive places we stayed at during our 2.5 weeks trip in Morocco, so it was a little...

Read moreI stayed at Auberge Oualidia Dream with a friend at the end of June, and it truly lived up to its name, a dream! While the room we had was simple and casual (nothing too fancy), it served its purpose perfectly. After all, you’re not coming here to stay in your room, you're here for the location, ambiance, and experience, and in that regard, this place absolutely shines.
The staff were incredible, warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The owner herself was especially kind and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The whole place had a peaceful, genuine energy that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment.
The food and drinks were another highlight, like homemade meals cooked with real care. If you're a fan of tajine, definitely order it at least an hour in advance. They take their time, but trust me, it’s worth every minute. You can taste the love in every bite.
The pool area is nothing short of magical, with a stunning view overlooking the ocean, and nearby beaches. It’s one of the most picturesque, peaceful settings I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying. Whether you’re floating in the water or sipping a drink nearby, it feels like a little piece of paradise.
For the price, you get far more than your money’s worth. I’ve been to many places, but this one stands out, for its charm, hospitality, and unforgettable atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, beautiful getaway...
