On 3 May 2025 , I had a reservation at your restaurant and was looking forward to an enjoyable evening. While the ambiance and music were excellent, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience.
Firstly, despite having a reservation and being seated alone, I was told by the host that my friends could not join me inside because the restaurant was full. This was particularly frustrating as I had already placed my order and was waiting for them. The response from the staff, including the management and security, was unprofessional and disappointing.
Furthermore, I found the hostess to be particularly rude during our interaction, which only added to the overall negative experience.
Additionally, the quality of the food did not meet my expectations. Overall, the service and management of the restaurant were not up to the standard I anticipated.

Read moreIt has been 3 months since I visited Club house, I can’t seem to shake the memory of how awful our experience was. From the moment we arrived, the service was appalling. The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable right from the start. However, the worst part of the entire visit was the guard, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. His attitude towards customers was beyond frustrating.
What has truly stuck with me all this time is the shocking mistreatment of a cat right in front of us. The guard treated the cat in such an aggressive and inappropriate manner, I still find it hard to believe it happened. It was not only cruel but deeply disturbing to witness, and it has stayed with me ever since.
Given how empty the place was, it’s clear that this kind of behavior is probably the reason. If the management allows such disrespect toward both animals and customers, it’s no wonder the place is failing.
