Eat and Meet — Restaurant in Kenitra

Review edit: I went there with my friends to spent the evening there we were a lot of people. We had a good time because only because we were together and refused that the service and waiter attitude will sabotage our evening, but the service wasn't good, we had to wait for 30min before getting the menu to choose what we'll be ordering, and me and one of my friends ordered crepes and the waiter brought them and put them on an empty table and forgot about them for more than 15mn and only after that he took them and brought them to us, and he didn't even apologize about that, the paying time came, we wanted to pay separately to avoid any problems but the waiter told us that he doesn't have change for all of us and asked us to pay collectively, we accepted to help him with that and at our surprise he came at the end to tell us that we didn't pay the complete amount and that we need to pay more even though we were sure that we paid the complete bill and his manager came too and their attitude was not professional at all and so disrespectful even though we were completely polite with them just to pressure us to pay, in fact we did pay the extra to avoid any more problems because it was late and we had to leave, and we've been exposed enough infront of the others. Overall what happened doesn't encourage me to go back to this place anymore. I changed the service rate to one star because it was deserved after what we experienced that day in front of all the other customers and we were shown as the bad ones even though we weren't, I changed the whole rating too to 2 stars because of the bad experience I had that day that I'll never forget.

Previous review: The view here is amazing. The vibe is good too and you can enjoy the beautiful view whether from the inside or from the terrace. Overall the experience was good. I went there multiple times with family and with friends too. I had the chance to try different things for breakfast, lunch, sweets, and drinks. Most of the time I did enjoy my food and I liked it so I'd say that the food is good. The service is good as long as it's not a busy hour, if it's the case then you need to be really patient to get...

Just happened today We always order from this place and we recommend our family to come over; we have sent many people your way; We ordered breakfast hollandais and we felt the quality and quantity of the food went down! We didn’t talk about the price at all ; we we asked for the manage (gérant ) a guy came in (tight pants ) and gel on his hair when we gave him our feedback he said (koun dertih fdarek) He’s lucky our sons weren’t there and he is extremely disrespectful; the waiters are good and they were ashamed of his reaction I live in the US and I alone sent you many people there when they visit Mehdia and kenitra but this person is very disrespectful and has nothing to do...

Waited over 20 minutes for the waiter to find a table on the ground floor outside the kids play area. Waiters moan about the owner not wanting to invest in more tables, chairs and large umbrellas.

Food was ok, coffees were disappointing and cold.

The indoor kids play areas was filthy, dirty and not clean at all. No ventilation either
