Fire Place : Café & Restaurant — Restaurant in Kenitra

From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. We waited over 30 minutes before a waiter even acknowledged us. When he finally showed up, we asked for the menu and his response was simply, “Scan the QR,” and he started behaving rudely and unprofessionally. After placing our order, we had to wait another 30 minutes just to receive our food. The worst part was when it came time to pay. The bill was 92 DH, and we handed the waiter 100 DH. He didn’t return the change, simply saying, “Sorry, I don’t have change.” When I followed up with him to get it back, he began acting “busy” and ignored me. Because of his poor attitude and unprofessional behavior, I decided not to leave a tip (which is completely within my rights.) To make matters worse, there was a lady nearby who had been waiting for her order for more than 45 minutes. When she approached the manager for help, he told her flatly, “I have nothing to do for you, the restaurant is full,” without offering any apology or showing the slightest concern. Ordered through Glovo app. I ordered the Mac & Cheese because it said it came with crispy chicken, it was delivered without chicken. When contacting the restaurant, we were told that it did not come with chicken and that it was a mistake on the app. If you know there is a mistake on the menu in the app 1) Have the menu description corrected; not giving people what they are ordering when you know what they are ordering is false advertising. 2) Give customers what they are being told they are getting from your menu description until the ‘mistake’ is corrected. I gave it two stars instead of one because the food was hot and fresh, would have been better with the chicken on it...

Unfortunately, I would give this café five stars instead of one if not their laptop policy.

On my first visit, i ordered tropical cocktail, which was good, and then opened my laptop to check emails. Later. I tried their espadon, which was good as well. Two days later, i returned to take cafe before ordering lunch. Hewever, the waiter informed me that laptops ate forbiden ; even though mine was fully charged and not using their power neither their wifi.

It’s like telling someone they can’t read a book in a café! Totally disappointing. Otherwise, the café is in front of the river and smell their is not so pleasant so if yu want to enjoy your café in the terrace be...
