McDonald's — Restaurant in Laayoune

Well, I gotta say that the location is great in downtown laayoune. The place is clean to be honest and fair. What is annoying is the very bad customer service from lot of employees working there. They don't talk so that you can know but the cold way and the arrogance they use to treat customers is really so terrible. I visited lot of McDonald's stores in USA, Europe and lot of parts of Morocco and I encountered one bad store in Casablanca but that one was an exception. But this one in Laayoune is really so different. It's like they are telling you " hey you, we don't want you here, don't come again " I don't why they treat people like that it is really unacceptable. My advice to the headquarters , please try to get this issue solved because those employees are giving a very bad image and reputation about McDonald's. Thanks...

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Space and arrangement is very good even the indoor or the out door in addition to a private space for group activities. Restaurant itself is clean but the toilets -men one- need some maintenance. Comparing the menu to menu in Egypt -where I come from- there's a gap as many items are missing. Taste of food is ok with some difference from the Egypt's -I can't exactly catch the difference-. Finally, in comparing to other Mac branches i have visited before in Egypt i believe 3 stars are fair, but in comparing to other restaurants here in Laayounne I believe it shall be 4-5 stars.
