L’Étincelle is a fantastic café-restaurant in Marrakech with a decent and well-placed location that enhances the experience. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of cuisines. During my visit, I enjoyed their Moroccan dishes and pilpil, a Spanish-inspired dish of shrimp cooked in a flavorful tomato sauce with garlic and herbs. The presentation of each dish was impressive and perfectly suited to the menu, ambiance, and pricing.
