MyBrunch Marrakech — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

I visited this place multiple times, and evertime I go there, the experience gets more and more frustrating. The food is great, the decor is pretty. But I can't say the same about the staff. The manager (a woman), I presume, is very nice, I've never had a problem with her. The waiter (a man), however, is very rude and doesn't know how to properly speak to clients. When I visited the place the first time, the experience was great, I then recommended the place to some friends and we visited it, when we tried to order, they didn't have anything left on the menu, but the manager was very nice and clear about it, so we were very understanding and we just left. But the last time I was there, we ordered drinks and we got them on plastic cups. When asked, the waiter told us that they're short of glasses, and that if we don't like it, he can't do anything about it. He didn't even apologize or try to explain in a nice way. We got up and left very disappointed. I really loved the food and the decor of the place, but this recent experience was very disappointing. I can't say I will ever come back to this place...

My recent dining experience at this restaurant left much to be desired. I ordered a bowl of soup and was shocked to find a cockroach in it. I immediately brought this issue to the attention of the manager. Unfortunately, the response was far from satisfactory. The manager denied the presence of any issue and suggested that I was being dishonest just to avoid paying the bill.

This incident not only ruined my meal but also demonstrated a lack of responsibility on the part of the staff and management. Deux formules Brunch, une poulet benedict et l’autre toast au épinards. Dans les deux cas il s’agit de pain de mie industriel SEC et SUCRÉ même pas toasté (le comble pour des toast). Les oeuf benedict n’étaient pas coulant ils ont trop cuits. Les deux assiettes étaient accompagnée de gaufres plutôt bonne sauf que le nutella est dilué avec de l’eau ?????? Le jus d’orange également coupé à l’eau, il n’avait presque pas de goût. On a commandé une assiette marocaine en supplément le msemen n’était même bon comment on peut rater ça ??? Mais le pire, du jamais vu, le atay ! En arrivant j’ai vu que sur toutes les tables pas encore débarrassée il restait le thé à la menthe encore plein. Je me suis doutée qu’il ne devait pas être très bon mais j’ai demandé à un serveur au moment de commander si il était bon, et il m’a assuré qu’il était très bon “mzien”. Résultat: il était INBUVABLE. W’Allah j’abuse pas j’ai jamais bu un thé aussi raté et inbuvable c’est de la dinguerie. Je suis encore choquée de la médiocrité de ce brunch c’est tellement dommage, les recettes ont l’air d’être très bonnes mais les techniques ne sont pas maîtrisée, et des économies sont faites là ou il ne faut pas. Si même dans un petit café de quartier on nous sers un jus d’orange frais sans eau, un restaurant spécialisé dans les brunch n’a pas à le faire. De même pour le nutella, si c’est pour le couper à l’eau (il coulait en formant littéralement des goutes comme de l’eau) on en met pas. Extrêmement décevant.
