Recently visited this restaurant to try their sushi menu.
The restaurant attracted us with its pleasant appearance and interesting menu positions.
+The restaurant has a nice design, there is an attention to detail in the decor. We liked the wall niches that were decorated with frescoes with floral patterns and birds.
+The food was delicious, the fried rolls were crispy, the salmon was fresh and the avocado was soft, the sweet sauce complemented the dishes.
+Attentive staff who actively communicated and participated in a conflict situation.
-The staff absolutely does not know the sushi menu, the waitress does not know the composition of the dishes, the chef cannot describe the difference between the “dragon eye salmon” and “crispy aromaki salmon”.
-There is no connection between the kitchen and the hall, the waiter wrote down the order, but the kitchen prepared partially other dishes.
-The manager/owner does not deal satisfactorily with order errors. Due to the fault of the kitchen, our order was partially mixed up, but there were no apologies or offers to change the receipt. However, one position from menu was remade.
-The presentation of the rolls was strange, they brought only one soy sauce for two, and there was either wasabi or ginger on the plates.
The overall impression remained negative, despite the visual attractiveness of the place and the good taste of the food, the mistakes in the service were very annoying. I recommend that the management instruct the waiters on the composition of the dishes, the manager develop a strategy for working with dissatisfied customers, the kitchen workers serve each dish with wasabi and ginger and serve each guest with separate personal soy sauces.

I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience at your establishment today Unfortunately what was supposed to be a pleasant meal turned into a frustrating encounter due to rude service and unjustifiably high prices for subpar quality
1 Terrible Customer Service From the moment I entered I felt unwelcome no friendly greeting no attention from staff When I asked questions about the menu the waiter responded impatiently as if I were bothering him My order took over 45 minutes to arrive with no apology or explanation When I complained I was ignored
2 Overpriced and Low Quality Food The prices were unreasonably high for what was served A simple salad or pasta dish cost as much as a premium meal elsewhere The main course eg steak pasta was overpriced but poor in quality tough meat bland flavors and clearly not fresh Even drinks were overcharged with no exceptional taste or presentation to justify the cost
3 Conclusion A Waste of Time and Money As a customer I expect respectful service and fair pricing for good food Unfortunately I received neither I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will share my honest review on Google TripAdvisor and social media to warn others
Suggestions for Improvement Train your staff in basic customer service politeness and attentiveness matter Re evaluate your pricing to match the actual quality of food and experience Listen to customer complaints instead of ignoring them this will only hurt your reputation
