I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my serious concern regarding a recent experience at your food stall in Marrakech airport. During our visit on [date], we explicitly requested chicken in our sandwiches due to dietary restrictions based on our religious beliefs. Unfortunately, when we boarded our flight and checked the sandwiches, we were shocked to find that they contained red meat (beef). This situation left us with no alternative but to remove the meat slices to adhere to our religious dietary restrictions, which was extremely inconvenient, especially considering we were traveling with children. Please see attached photos and bill. Furthermore, upon reviewing the bill, we noticed a discrepancy in the amount charged. We provided 30 pounds in cash and 10 euros by card, for the bill of 400 MAD according to your pricing. However, it appears that we may have been overcharged. I understand that mistakes can happen, but given the importance of dietary restrictions for our family, this oversight has caused significant distress. We kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and a prompt resolution. Additionally, if there was an error in the billing, we would appreciate a refund for the overcharged amount. After 3 hours of pointless waiting anthem check in security and immigration of marrakech night mare airport, I loved the empathy and treatment of the people at this restaurant. I ordered vegetarian pizza, very simple, very tasty full of vegetables and taste... so fresh and well cooked... Also done quickly so that I can eat something before heading to boarding.. I certainly recommend to eat pizza here after all the hard work at airport..

The person's were extremely kind to me.. they made me comfortable and guided to boarding gate.

Some memories of Marrakech was nice and this is certainly will stay in memory. Taste was amazing.. ask for spicy oil and salt if you are...

Would give negative stars for service. They sent me back and forth (last in line always) between the two cashiers. Morover they let a group of french women skip the line such that I wasn’t able to place my order until after 30 mins, despite almost no people.

After I finally ordered my food, it didn’t arrive even though people arriving long after me got theirs. Turns out the cashier didn’t add my food, just drinks. Making matters even worse is that they blamed me for not asking for the ticket. Honestly some of the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant.

If you have a plane to catch and less then 5 hours to spare I would stay far away...
