SABO — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

We recently dined at Sabol Restaurant during our stay at the Selman, and it was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Marrakech.

The food was exceptional – every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. You can tell there’s real care and creativity behind the menu. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, making it a perfect setting for a special meal.

A special thank you to Abdelaadim and the entire Sabol team, who were outstanding from start to finish. Their service was flawless – warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making every guest feel welcome.

L’entrée, la daurade si je me souviens bien, était excellente. Le plat, mon mari a pris de la viande et c’était vraiment super visiblement. Le saint pierre était correct. Service vraiment bien, notamment Mohammed qui était très attentionné. Les cocktails étaient très réalisés. Un bémol sur la salle que j’ai trouvé sombre, un peu datée dans les choix de décoration au final. J’avais signifié dans la réservation que c’était pour une lune de miel et nous n’avons pas eu d’attention particulière à ce sujet. En soi ce n’est pas grave mais je ne vois pas l’utilité de demander si on vient pour une occasion si c’est pour au final ne rien faire de cette...
