Ajanef Martil — Restaurant in Martil

I am currently in martil & have dined at this place a few times.. some good some bad. I am pleading with the owner to give the "boys" who take orders here some training in manners & respect FOR ALL. I am a woman travelling alone (with children) and have noticed these young boys have no manners or respect for women, especially if you speak neither Arabic or French. One boy specifically literally refused to come and take my order although he acknowledged I had called for his attention multiple times, even leaving my seat to approach him.. which he went to the counter & preoceeded to laugh & joke & point over at our table with other staff members, so he knew exactly what he was doing.. He also continuously went to help people who arrived in the establishment after my family & I. It was so bad another customer came over and offered her assistance and expressed how she had noticed how I was deliberately ignored! I have spent a considerable amount of time in Martil & spent plenty money at this venue despite the open bias against women who attend this place alone without a man to take the lead... is my money not as good as anyone else's man or woman? I wonder if this is how this boy witnesses his mother, sisters, grandmother being treated by his father. did he not come from woman? When the lovely lady who offered to help placed my order in Arabic & food came which took far too long...food was cold and a disappointment.. I had a bad experience with the service. They don’t really care about the customers, many of the waitresses look extremely lazy. I ordered lunch for 2: a very simple hamburger and a wrap. They took over 35 minutes just to bring 2 cans of Pommes (how’s possible if they didn’t even have to prepare it?!?!) And then we’ve been waiting for other 30 minutes( and I’m not exaggerating!!!) for the food. When we finally caught the attention of one waiter, we asked what’s wrong with our order, he responded to not blame him ( I wasn’t doing that), he continued saying that the workers in the kitchen are a bit slow and that we have to be patient but if we don’t like we can go. I was shocked!!! Even because other people were complaining about how extremely slow they were with bringing the beverage , and also the food. One guy sitted on the table behind us he left the restaurant really upset, because the was waiting for his order since very long time !!’ Im very sorry for the owner of this place, because I can say the bakery in the entrance looks tasty , but the service at the restaurant omg, it’s very very bad! I used to eat here often since I live nearby, but this summer the quality was really low. The service was rude and disrespectful, and the long wait for a table was pointless because the food was worse than before. I ordered a shawarma plate but was given a shawarma classic instead, and when I complained, the server refused to fix it unless he paid from his own pocket. I ended up paying for something I didn’t order. The place was also noisy and overcrowded, and prices go up in summer.
