Read moreI would give a 0/5 if I could. My family and I sat down excited to have breakfast in this place we've been wanting to try for a while. We not greeted nor given a menu, and after waiting a while, we had to ask for one. We were very prompt at deciding what we wanted to eat and called on several waiters - several because they all said the table we were sat on wasn't managed by them and they were too busy and there will be someone coming right away. We noticed two tables that came after us and were served. 20 minutes later a waiter came and I had to tell him to write down our order! I noticed the table next to us was complaining to the waiter and the waiter was shouting back at the customer. Another red flag! Another 25 minutes went by and our food was not ready, not even the drinks were given to us. Growing extremely impatient and frustrated we decided to leave. Waiting over 45 minutes and begging for someone to serve us is poor service. The restaurant wasn't even half full. Being busy is not an excuse - poor management is, oh and also terrible customer service. We had breakfast at a smaller but pleasant cafe; Cafe Ice Challenge which was nearby - although they had less choices their service was excellent, prompt and went above and beyond to rescue our morning from such a...
Read moreI donât no where to start. We were greeted by an arrogant servant, that insisted on only one person to speech as if we were in school. Anyway we got our food that tasted decent. We decided to pay by card and asked for the receipt, but the servant didnât want to and started distracting me by touching my arms and asking how I was so trained (??!?). Anyway I payed 295 DH, and still I insisted on the receipt because I was sure that we didnât order that much. Suddenly the servant disappeared, but I still insisted to the cashier. The cashier called back the servant, and in the meantime I calculated the exact amount checking the menu: 240 DH. When the servant returned I told him that he added 55 DH on, and he started making a scene wanting to fight me and made me the bad cop instead of apologising as he should. We were not his first customers that night whom he tried to scam - based on what we saw and got told by the other servants.
We have been to this place nearly every evening, but this is definitely the...
