My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing on all levels Unfortunately I encountered a very poor standard of service starting with the staff who were shockingly disrespectful and lacked even the most basic courtesy expected in any hospitality setting It felt like they had no training in customer service or any understanding of how to treat guests properly
As for the food it was far from what one would expect from a restaurant claiming to specialize in Italian cuisine The dishes lacked flavor finesse and authenticity It seemed as though no real care or passion had gone into the preparation Frankly the food was mediocre at best and definitely not worthy of being labeled Italian
What made the experience even worse was the way I was treated as if I was asking for a favor rather than paying for a service I found this insulting and unacceptable Being a paying customer I do not expect to be made to feel like a burden just for wanting a decent dining experience
Overall this was a very negative experience and I cannot recommend this restaurant based on what I went through I truly hope others have a better experience than I did and that the management takes serious steps to improve both the quality of the food and the professionalism...
Read moreThe food was below average. The guacamole sauce wasn't well seasoned. It felt as if the sauce was just smashed avocado. I took ricotta and spinach raviolis. The raviolis filling was alright, but the pasta wasn't well cooked at all, and it had a gummy feel.
Besides, the service was terrible. The waiter in charge brought the box for the bill separated from our actual bill and asked us to put it in the box and check whether everything was correct and left for nearly 20 min before coming back (the box had another bill inside which means he didn't even take the time to adjust everything and he was counting on the customers to find which is which). We asked to pay by card, and we were planning to split the bill in half (50% 50%). He told us, "Well, tell me exactly how much" with a condescending look??? The waiter is supposed to check the bill and make sure that everything is done accordingly and that the count is correct.
Maybe it's time to look for people who pay attention to these small things and invest in customer satisfaction instead of just bringing people who will do half the job and give the funny looks to customers if they ask for basic...
