BBQ House — Restaurant in Maputo

I've heard a lot about BBQ HOUSE and heard a lot of good things, and thankfully, yesterday, I could visit the restaurant, and I could prove all the good things I heard about it. BBQ HOUSE is mostly known by their burgers, and they are indeed so delicious!!! On point, and juicy! I asked for the Speacial BBQ, and it was amazing! Can't wait to try the Mushburger! One thing that I wasn't expecting is that they have a vegetarian option, which is great, so the vegetarians can also try it. About the service, AMAZING! The servants are so sweet, polite, and attentive! I felt really welcome being there. Not to forget about the environment, which was beautiful, cozy, a warming light atmosphere and plenty of places to sit, either inside or outside (would have set outside but the cold weather didn't allow me hahahhaah). I was almost forgetting!!! THE SERVICE IS ALSO FAST! LIKE, REALLY FAST! The time it took for them to prepare the food surprised me, not even a bit long, guys. Loved it. About the drink, I picked a lemonade, which was on point 👌🏼 i give it a 10/10, same with the burger and everything. Would definitely go back there.

P.S: They also offer other kind of foods, not just burgers, full meals, and desserts!

This one note is actually for the restaurant: the menu displayed in your Google photos has to be reviewed, it has prices that don't match the menu you have at the restaurant and i believe this can cause a bit of trouble for the clients. Just a check-up for you...

1- Most importantly, there is no sink in the restaurant. It is not a joke! (We have just overcome the Covid process and saw how important it is to wash hands. Never mind the WC, 1 sink for washing hands would occupy less than 1/100 of the space of this restaurant.) 2- The hamburger bun was not identified with meat, it was like an object added later. You can eat better burgers in a van outside. 3- Even though I told them not to cut my burger, it came split in two. They deprived me of the pleasure of holding and eating a whole hamburger with my hands. 4- Even though we told our food to come at the same time as our drinks, the drinks came much later. I'm sure many people consume their drinks with their food. 5- Ketchup and mayonnaise are essentials for french fries. Although it should have been given without asking, we had to ask for it and it was brought reluctantly in tiny containers. 6- When their place was at Maputo Shopping, we ordered Noddle and they gave us forks, not sticks. BBQ house! I like the look, I like the feeling of the place, it's got a nice feel to it. It's the kind of place where I'd want to eat and have beer for hours, but unfortunately they don't do alcohol. Ok I'm not here for the alcohol though, I'm here for the BBQ, so I get the TBone all excited cause I want that meat and then I was disappointed. The fact that this meat was very thin for the price you pay, it should have been a 500gr and it was not very flavourful. The sides are an extra cost which I think could just be added to be part of the plate. I don't mind paying but this was just not worth it. What I can say is that the quality of the food was good and so was the service. Fix the size, flavour and the sides it would be 5 star for me, for sure. I'll be back for...
