Today I went for lunch and the meat was not fresh and tender as expected, (chicken breast and tbone). When I said that to the waiter, he was kind enough to apologise and say that I could choose another plate from the menu, but when he went to the manager to explain what had happened she refused and didnt bother to ask me what was wrong. It wasnt about the money, since I did eat a bit before giving up fighting with the meat, it was about her attitude. They should know that customer service is part of the experience. A wing adicionado who has never had wings in Maputo before, I saw this on Google Maps and decided I had to try it out. The food was fantastic. Sure, the wings were a bit scrawny compared to buffalo wings in the US, but the flavor and presentation was on point. I also tried the clams which were delicious. The ocean front vibe was also really nice. This was some of best food I've had in Maputo. Wings Kitchen definitely made my list of "have to try" places while I'm in town for work....
