Cafe City — Restaurant in Mandalay District

We have walked so much in Mandalay Palace that we skipped lunch. So, when it's 5 pm, we just searched for the nearest resto with good review and high stars. And we ended up here. We spent almost 5 hours in this resto, eating (part 1), talking, eating again (part 2), and more talking.

I must say that this resto lived up to the menu they served. Most of our food we ordered came in good plating, warm serving, and balanced portion. The taste are also delicious. The staffs, unfortunately, need to learn English more so that they can communicate with us, tourist, very well without missunderstanding. As much as I appreciate the country and their extremely friendly and hospitable people and culture, when it comes to food I had found it hard to find a place for food I really enjoy. This place is different. It has a very nice ambience and you can immediately feel that they have great management. The kitchen is excellent with good variance and high quality with authentic taste and high quality meat products. I would highly recommend this venue of you every get a chance to stop by...

We had family & friends dinner here for our engagement party. Food taste was on point, quality was amazing. Service was good. Some items could be a bit overpriced. But I was happy to pay for the foods I got. Nice environment to chill. The big fan outdoor was a bit annoying. The prices are not in the menu and had to ask the price for each item which made me quite uncomfortable. I would come back again. And hope they will indicate the prices in the menu...
