I really liked the idea of serving momo in a bowl. This might be the only(?) place in Chitwan/Bharatpur area doing this, since it keeps the momo warmer for a bit more (as opposed to serving on a plate). The momo fillings had just the right amount of spices, soft and thin wrappers. The sesame based chiso jhol has that balanced tangy and hot zing. You also get a Piro-Achaar that adds another layer of heat and flavor to your momo+jhol. Good service, courteous staff. I would definitely visit again!
