Refresh Cafe — Restaurant in Butwal

We were brought here by our friends at Butwal Cycling Club after our afternoon group ride around Butwal. ✌🏽 This cafe/bar restaurant has the best vibe in town. You have to take the stairs up to the alfresco dinning area full of plants and cool seating area. It has everything for everyone. A big projector screen to fulfil the sports feign, hookah for those who just wanna chill out, great beers and music for those who want to relax. They also have excellent food. We ordered the chicken platter but the clear winner was the mini chicken burger. It was scrumptious and perfectly solved my burger cravings. The service was prompt and attentive. I would love to go back and try more of their food and drinks. The owners were friendly and made us feel welcomed and at home.

So we waited for more than 30 40 mins for our meal, we ate and their staff didn't let us to stay there for 30mins also after our meal, saying we need this this space for other group but there was alot of empty space for so many people. And we know they were lying. And another one, they were literally asking for 3 or 4 times to give review for their tiktok video I guess and were constantly forcing us for that even though we told them we are not comfortable. Refresh was something I expected to be fresh, clean and hygenic place, I was there few weeks back and went back again to test it again, and I was completely let down by the attitude of the waiter, dusty utensils , low quality servings, dirty couches, I bet they have never seen a washing. I would suggest the manager to change the name of cafe from Refresh to Weary Cafe. Refresh can learn from it's neighbour Papaya , how a small cafe can be a...
