What a wonderful surprise to find Restaurant Oudejans in our visit to de Rijp today!! We were met by the delightful waitress Joy, who made an excellent recommendation of Leffe Blonde beer to accompany our menu choice and efficiently looked after a restaurant that quickly filled on a Monday evening. Love this little gem! On the middle of nowhere in Holland in De Rijp we found a family owned restaurant and I can tell you - it is delightful- location, atmosphere, staff and food- all of it!! Waitress Joy is brilliant,she was flying from one table to other and you can see- the locals love her!and the cherry in the top, the owner Hein serving the table and taking great interest in his guests.so. it is definitely recommend place, well-done...

Nice food but in the menu it states that all meals come with fries and salad but when the meal turned up there was only one bowl of fries and one bowl of salad for 4 of us, had to ask for another two bowls, by the time they turned up the food was cold.
