We visited Fuji House Almere with a group of six people. Overall, it was a decent experience, with some clear highlights and a few things that could be improved.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient, and we were helped quickly, especially appreciated with a larger group. Service was smooth and professional throughout the evening.
The restaurant has a fun, modern interior and a pleasant vibe, although it did get quite loud at times. When the place fills up, it can be a bit hard to have a relaxed conversation, so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a quieter dining experience.
As for the food, the quality was mixed. The warm dishes and side items were average, nothing particularly memorable. However, the sushi was fresher, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Definitely the highlight of the evening and worth coming back for if you’re a sushi lover.
One downside is the accessibility by public transport, which isn’t ideal. It’s much easier to reach by car, and fortunately, there’s plenty of parking nearby.

Read moreIt is worth to reserve a table when coming here. We have been here for a late lunch early dinner. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The food is a bit of a hit and miss. The sushi was fresh and to our taste. We truly enjoyed it. The chicken teriyaki was also perfectly cooked and very tasty. We did not like the some of the fried stuff, some where fried for too long or a bit oily. All in all, it was good and worth coming here. We will be coming back. We will double down on the sushi the next time we are here. Especially as they have vegetarian options as well. The time you have (2.5hrs) is plenty of time to fully enjoy the menu. Even if not all items have been to our taste, we will be back as overall it is worth...
