I recently had the pleasure of enjoying an evening snack at Loetje Almere Noorderplassen, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Here's my review of the items I tried:
Crunchy Cauliflower Crisps Presentation: The crisps were beautifully presented in a rustic basket, lined with parchment paper. They had a golden-brown hue, indicating they were perfectly fried.
Taste: The cauliflower was incredibly crispy on the outside while remaining tender on the inside. The seasoning was spot on, with a hint of spice that complemented the natural flavor of the cauliflower. These crisps were a perfect start to the evening.
Cheese Sticks Presentation: Served on a sleek platter, the cheese sticks were accompanied by a tangy dipping sauce.
Taste: The cheese sticks were gooey and delicious, with a crispy outer layer that provided a satisfying crunch. The cheese was rich and creamy, making each bite a delightful experience. The dipping sauce added a nice tangy contrast, enhancing the overall flavor.
Passion Fruit Beverlos Presentation: This refreshing drink was served in a tall glass, garnished with a slice of passion fruit and a sprig of mint.
Taste: The Passion Fruit Beverlos was a perfect blend of sweet and tart flavors. The passion fruit provided a tropical twist, making it a refreshing choice to accompany the snacks. It was light, flavorful, and very refreshing.
Mojito Presentation: The classic mojito was served in a highball glass, with fresh mint leaves and lime wedges.
Taste: This mojito was a perfect balance of minty freshness and citrusy zing. The mint leaves were fresh, and the lime added a nice tang. It was a refreshing drink that paired well with the snacks, especially on a warm evening.
Green Apple Mojito Presentation: Similar to the classic mojito, this drink was served in a highball glass with green apple slices and mint leaves.
Taste: The Green Apple Mojito was a delightful twist on the classic. The green apple added a crisp, tart flavor that complemented the mint and lime perfectly. It was a refreshing and unique drink that stood out.

Read moreWe made an appointment for lunch for 5 people at Sunday 19/10/2025 specific for 13:30 approximately and our motivation for this booking was the nice view that this place offers near by the lake. Arrived at the place earlier than 13:30 and they inform us that we are late 🤔. We ask why they think we are late? Because we make a booking for 13:30!! They replied to us that the booking was been made for 13:15 and probably something went wrong with the colleague who made the reservation. Afterwords they told us that is not possible to have a table for 5 with a view to the water and they can do this only for 4...... So as you realise the problem is to add 1 more chair to the already existing free table for 4. Conclusion: awful service, cocky staff and we lost 3 hours back and forward of our lunch-evening to drive all the way to Amsterdam for the same restaurant, don't even do the effort to book something there, doesn't worth it...Final conclusion : We was targeting for a nice relaxed and chill lunch-evening with no rush and this didn't happen.... I think it's a bit shame and put some shadow to the brand for no reason, bad reputation for no reason with good food at the same time.
Kind regards,...
Read moreBAD EXPERIENCE April 2025 Very disappointed. It was my husband's birthday, and because he use to like the place so much, we've decided to have a dinner celebration there. We've made reservations for 19h15 and after we've got our table, we had to wait for at least 40 minutes for someone to brings us drinks. This because I've pushed the waiter to do so, otherwise we would probably wait another hour. However this was not the worse. When we ordered our food it took it 2 HOURS. (21h00) they came with it. I was so angry , that I sent the food back. This is UNACCEPTABLE . No mater what. They always have the excuse that it was so busy but this is not my problem. They should be organised and if a restaurant is not able to handle many people, they should close doors. We left with the only apology from a young waiter as we never saw the manager of the place, who should be there anyways to apologise ( the least they could do). Anyways,...
