Neighbours Kitchen — Restaurant in Almere

Someone invited me for coffee in the new neighborhood of Nobelhorst and this was the place.

From the outside it looks like a sweet neighborhood coffee bar in the heart of the new Nobelhorst. Enter inside and you actually discover an incredibly inviting Latin American lunchroom with delicious spices and beautiful vibe. And that was on a rainy stormy day!

The owner is very welcoming, knows how to make a good americano and cappuccino and will definitely put delicious lunch options on the table.

Have to get back there for the food...

Such a lovely ambiance. It felt like we stepped out of the Netherlands entirely and ended up in a hip little neighbor in NY.

The service was very attentive and friendly. The food is slow food, so prepare to wait a bit for it to be served. It’s worth waiting, but we must say the portions are on the small side.

Unfortunately they didn’t have any desserts due to the chef being on vacation. Hope to get...

Absolutely lovely experience. So unusual to taste something different, yet delicious. Enjoyed masala croquettes and samosas. The drinks were good. And the burger is a totally must-try. Patty not only looks like a meat patty, but also has similar texture. Amazing and tasty....
