This review is only for vegans. They clearly don't like vegans. We mentioned in a nice way that we are vegans but still they served cow milk with the coffee and added animal based aioli to the Beyond burger. As anyone knows, the Beyond burger is vegan, we mentioned this in a nice way to help them, if the burger is 100% vegan it would be normal to add vegan mayonaise for example which is easily available in The Netherlands. But clearly they were not amused with this remark and reacted quite agitated. So we only ate the salad plus French fries. Without blinking they added the burger itself on the invoice, almost with a smile. Maybe we got the wrong waitress but I guess it would be normal to train your staff in the case you have a vegan customer. A lot of them still don't know the difference between vegetarian and vegan for example. Next to this the vegan menu consists of “leaving the cheese out of the veggie pizza” type dishes. It took you 2 hours today to serve us three simple main dishes. Food tasted averagely well, however at least half of the tables around were served the wrong orders. You served us a pour couple of bread slices, we mistakenly considered as greeting from the kitchen and charged us 8,50€ for it (to compare: a portion of french fries you offer for 4€)! There were quite a few guests there but it was.not very crowded, because there was the one and other free table an any time. When trying to sort our issue with the bill out, your waiter reacted accusively, allthough it was not us, who serve the charged side dish mistakenly we paid in the end. No sincere regrets from your stuff. Better stay away...

Some people of the staff are very unfriendly. The last visit we asked for takeaway, an unfriendly waitress said that it is possible only from 1 o clock on. So we waited an hour and called, we asked for take away pizza and the answer was :" i dont understand you" and she hang up!! Sure, the words "Pizza" and "takeaway" are very hard to understand. By the way, thats not the correct way to handle customer enquiries/calls . That was the last rude thing we accepted. Never again!!
