This is a great beach restaurant. The service is quick, welcoming and knowledgable as well as quick with a laugh. The drinks and food arrives quickly. They have table side order and service, but you can also order via a website (via QR code on table). The wrap lahmacun was excellent. Plenty of choices to drink. Negative part is that people are still allowed to smoke outside, that’s why I removed one star. If you’re on Ameland this is the beach to go to.

As with all food places, you are asked to order with your phone via the QR code on your table. That's easy with Google Lens or any camera app that has a Google Lens button. You can still ask for a real human too, though. They'll place your order on another table and you have to place it on your table yourself. Thats how things work these days. What's else, this is a beautiful restaurant at a nice place on the beach. Of course it's a bit pricey but we expected just a little bit more of our lunch.

Love this place. Simple is one of the best places I had ever been. Air, sun and water are stunning. Also food is so good. I had nice salmon tortillas, and my boyfriend burger. My tortillas was so fresh and good. Coffee is also so tasty. Price are normal and view is beautiful.

Sjoerd is een leuke Strandpaviljoen om te zitten met uitzicht op het strand en de zee. Je kunt hier wat lekkers eten en/of drinken. Het is een duurzame Strandpaviljoen omdat ze 'bijna' al het eten en enkele drankjes van lokale partijen halen, dit is overigens ook nog eens goede kwaliteit. Het Strandpaviljoen heeft in 2019 de prijs voor het beste Strandpaviljoen van de waddeneilanden gewonnen en in 2020 de prijs voor het meest duurzame Strandpaviljoen van Nederland. Het personeel is vriendelijk. De prijzen zijn gemiddeld. Kortom is Strandpaviljoen Sioerd een top plek bij het strand om wat lekkers te eten, te drinken en leuk te zitten.

Good food. Nice and friendly staff. I ordered the marinated satay. it tasted fine but I would like to see it more seasoned. The business is clean and tidy. Currently the best beach pavilion in Ameland for me 🎊.

Deze tent kan je wat mij betreft overslaan op Ameland. Er zijn betere keuzes langs het strand. De bediening is vriendelijk en de bestellingen kwamen ondanks zomer drukte vlug door. Maar de gerechten van de kaart zijn vrij fantasieloos, flets van smaak en vooral veel en veel te duur. Een roerei met zalm is dan ook echt alleen dat; twee plakken brood met daartussen een zouteloos roerei en een plak zalm. De salade die erbij komt was fris en misschien eigenlijk wel smaakvoller dan het broodje roerei waar het eigenlijk om ging. Ook de bestelde tosti's waren niet meer dan dat. Voor deze prijs moet je echt meer doen.
