Papizzam — Restaurant in Apeldoorn

Picked this place for its excellent ratings. Very friendly owner. Plenty of free parking a few footsteps away. It's a small place. Restroom available. The menu on the tables contains outdated prices, the owner told us only after inquiring about his 9,50 euro for every pizza deal posted outside. What the real actual prices were was unclear. The 9,50 euro pizza deal is only valid if you take away the pizza, you're not allowed to eat in our you'll pay the mistery price. Very odd and feels unpleasant. The pizzas themselves were mediocre at best leaning more towards the not so tasty than to the okay-ish side. We tried three of them among which their house specialty. Stuns me to read the positive reviews from others about the pizzas here. Either we had a very unlucky day with old ingredients being used or we're too spoiled with better pizzas from elsewhere. Making it three stars because the owner was genuinely friendly, but for the food alone I would give it two stars. Card payments possible. Will...
