Restaurant Lef Reuver — Restaurant in Beesel

A gem in Reuver. I was looking for a restaurant nearby and came across this restaurant which looks interesting. So made a reservation and chose for the lobster special. This has to be ordered in advance since you will get a fresh Canadian lobster. Arrived at the restaurant we also chose for a surprise appetizer. We got first a couple of amuses and then the appetizer arrived, a tuna “sashimi”, which tasted good. Then the lobster arrived with fresh pasta, spinach and samphire. Dish portion was such that we had no room any more for a dessert. Food tasted great and we will for sure...

My second visit to this amazing restaurant.

Again, I had a great dinner. I chose the 5 course surprise menu with matching wines, and ofcourse it was a great a perfect experience.

The food is amazing, with very creative dishes that also taste very good.

I'm pretty sure that my second visit won't be my last one. Certainly if you consider that this wonderful restaurant is just a 10 minutes walk...

Had an amazing afternoon at Lef together with my girlfriend. Friendly welcome, excellent dishes and good explanation from the Chef regarding dishes. Cook uses daring combinations but all dishes (took 5 course surprise dish) were also very well balanced and rich in flavours. And great quality products!

Even though not close for us, I do think I'll go back quite soon again....
