KFC — Restaurant in Beverwijk

It was my first time in a KFC so I didn't know what to order. I got the daily deal 1+1 burger for 4.50 € and one menu (hamburger + drink + potatoes) for 4.75€.

The prices were very good,the burgers and the potatoes are very tasty and big.

So you can get really full for a good price. I didn't wait more than 5 minutes to get my order.

After that I got two ice creams,I have to say they are much bigger than the ones of mcdonalds and burger king and they taste pretty nice to choco-brownies-hazelnut and not very sweet.

I went again to the Kfc and was a disaster. The discount coupons were not working and one employee told me that I can't use coupons by their kfc,it didn't even help me to solve the problem.

If it was worse I only ordered 2 milkshakes and I had to wait 40 minutes for it 😐 It's the first time that I need to wait almost an hour for 2 milkshakes in any store/restaurant...

Why did I order before reading the reviews… I match every single review posted on this establishment… I used the self service terminal, and got no receipt. There were no table numbers available so I got told to type in 1, I waited for 25 minutes till I asked the status of the food only to be told that its not being prepared yet. Poor Dutch, poor english, no real way of communicating. I ended up in a heated argument over the fact that I did not have a receipt whilst their machine did not dispense one. For about 15mins I got scolded, to the point where my friend was in tears. I paid for food that I didn’t receive. I walked over to burger king and got some burgers instead of chicken. 38euros down the drain, do not go...

CHECK YOUR ORDERS Our friend issued a warning ahead of our visit. Despite, we were eager to give them a chance. We ended up waiting 25 minutes for our order, which we were prepared for, since our friend kept our expectations low. Still, we were disappointed. We took our order to go to the beach. Just as we carried heavy chairs, backpacks for 1 1/2 km all the way to the beach, we were surprised that we would not be eating our bucket today, since KFC forgot to included in our order, although we paid for it - no special offer.
