UPD 20-04-2024: after reading the response from management - I’m very happy that I could contribute to train your team on my case having spoiled day of my life and kids suffering to get their food for too long, isn’t that nice? Let me ask you: which emotions did your staff show when you brought it? I’m quite sure people were joking and laughing, as for them it was just another “crazy customer and not my fault” case :) This is definitely a way to go! You guys know nothing about customer service and writing a nice and seemingly polite response is the only thing you can do. Reason? Because I’ve just opened your QR menu (https://qrv5.jamezz.app/v5/qr/6188SMK) and see that you have disabled ordering function (see screenshot below)! In your response you wrote that you tested it and it works now! What a LIE! It’s such a disgrace and disrespect of your customers! Let me help you do your job - did you also fix the menu on your system? The can of non-alcoholic beer was sold to me as different SKU because system didn’t have the proper one in the list (see photo attached to this post). Did you fix it? NO, you didn’t have time for that in the past 2 weeks at least! Go and check that in the menu, I’ve provided you link just above. I’m sorry, but with that you’ve shown your true face and just confirmed what I wrote initially - YOU JUST DONT CARE! Very poor service. Unfortunately, the system didn’t work properly and our order was lost. I got to know that only after I asked staff. No proactive action was taken to mitigate this situation, even no single apology. I felt personnel entirely lost and totally indifferent to what is happening - they just kept going with other orders. I had to follow-up few times explaining staff that kids can’t wait 90 minutes to get a simple sandwich. It’s totally disguisting and upsetting to see when nobody cares and does not admit fault of their order taking system not working properly. I’m quite sure that there would be no follow-up for this negative review from the management of this place, so the best advice would be - try to avoid this place and look for something with better service and attitude. These guys know the place would always be busy and they don’t care…

It’s a great little place to have a coffee or tea something to eat. It’s full of wonderful surprises for the children and a lot of amusement parks around. The view is also really nice and the decoration is on point. I would highly recommend the French fries which came with a small ounce of paprika which was delicious ! They even had marshmallows to cook next to the fire.

Best restaurant on a camp site I’ve seen. The staff is very friendly and even makes gluten free breakfast on request. Fine organic coffee. Fair value for money. I wouldn’t prepare my own food on this campsite. Lunch: Rib eye steak with sides = 21 Euro. At busy times it might be understaffed. Only downside: Please keep the birds out (with bird sounds generators?)

It’s a great little place to have a coffee or tea something to eat. It’s full of wonderful surprises for the children and a lot of amusement parks around. The view is also really nice and the decoration is on point. I would highly recommend the French fries which came with a small ounce of paprika which was delicious ! They even had marshmallows to cook next to the fire.

Best restaurant on a camp site I’ve seen. The staff is very friendly and even makes gluten free breakfast on request. Fine organic coffee. Fair value for money. I wouldn’t prepare my own food on this campsite. Lunch: Rib eye steak with sides = 21 Euro. At busy times it might be understaffed. We arrived at the restaurant and found ourself in a chaos of service stuff. We were waiting because we didn't know if we had to be seated or if we could just seat ourselves. No one even tried to communicate with us or greet us to help us through. When we finally were able to get through to one of the service stuff members, we were told we could sit wherever. Fine. That's no problem, we found a nice table but for the first 30 minutes no one came to even give us the menus or ask for drinks. So first of all I had to find menus myself, second of all we were missing two chairs and after asking the service if they could get us some more they said that they didn't have any more (so two of us were standing the whole time and no one even cared to ask). So second of all I had to go and find us more chairs, which I achieved by simply asking some of the guests if they're using all of their chairs. Then another 30 minutes passed and still no one asking us if we wanted to drink or eat something. So I had to get up again and find someone to take our orders. The service girl was obviously overwhelmed by our questions and wishes. She couldn't even answer the question if it was allowed to smoke here or if she could tell us if there is a smoking area somewhere. She didn't know. Then we waited another 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive and another hour for the food. As the food arrived one of our burgers were missing cheese so the service took it back in - whatever, mistakes happen but it was just one thing after the other. Then the food was absolutely terrible. The meat on all of our burgers was so raw that it wasn't even warm. We ordered one pizza for our 6 year old child and it was so spicy that even myself was struggling to eat it. How can you sell spicy pizza on the kids menu? The glasses of our drinks were dirty. The service didn't seem to care about us even though there were enough people working. Saldy a very bad experience which is a pity because this could've been a paradise for kids and for their parents if the service and food would improve. We...

The staff is friendly, but very uncoordinated and absolutely unable to keep up when it's busy. And they are apparantly lacking the absolute basics of food hygiene. We waited 35 minutes for small, plain take-away fries, that we received cold in the end, because they have already been standing next to the fryer for 10 minutes. We have had the questionable pleasure of witnessing one of the staff members preparing the orders whilst waiting. Having VERY long fingernails, she did not use any gloves, despite touching food, equipment, plates, all without any measures of hygiene. Burger components (e.g. a slice of cheese) were placed right on the counter, where dirty trays with food scraps had been 30 seconds ago. To top that off, when she was unable to remove the seal from a pack of mayonnaise due to her long nails, she used her TEETH (!!!!) instead, and just did not care that we were standing right in front of her, watching....
