Wow, wow, wow! What an amazing restaurant. I have dietary preferences but wanted to have a multi-course meal with my partner. The team went above and beyond to create a menu with matching dishes where my dish had replacements to accommodate! I have never been able to experience a fine dining meal like this, and I am forever spoiled. The dishes were delicious, complex, and picture perfect. The service is incredible, and the staff's knowledge of the menu and wine is appreciated. If you are new to fine dining and maybe island fine dining, plan for your meal to be an experience and take a few hours. There is an art to this: the meal is not rushed, you are given time between courses to digest, and the kitchen prepares each dish meticulously. What a hidden treasure! Getting there took a minute but it is a hidden gem. Greeted by the lovely staff and ushered to our table on the expansive porch. The atmosphere was lovely and the evening was comfortably breezy that made alfresco dining a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and timely with no atmosphere of rush. It was a true dining experience. The wine was fresh and bright to start and with dinner the reds were complex and delicious. The plates were masterfully made and the food layered with flavors both subtle and balanced. A lovely flavor treat for the palate. The tiramisu was velvet and brought me back to Italy.
