Bram Ladage Koperwiek — Restaurant in Capelle aan den IJssel

I have been going to this branch at least a few times a month since moving to Capelle and everything was always perfect until recently. They hired young boys who don't care for service or about their job in general. One in particular just stands there ignoring you, re reading the orders 10 times then still getting it wrong somehow, which is somewhat of an exploit. He even tried to escape to the back today until his manager called him back in to work! The 3 men working hard at the back are totally overloaded as so much dead weight is hanging there laughing, eating chips on the job, ignoring you when you come to pick up your order and eventually giving it to you after 30 mins, cold, as it was waiting in front of them the whole time. Unfortunatly this is the only Bram Ladage in my surroundings. There is nothing wrong with the food. Always good and tasty. The problem with this particular Bram Ladage is the crew. Mosty uninterested and unfriendly. 3 people at the same time checking their phones and playing loud songs. Twice in 3 weeks i was send away because some sauce was not in stock. You get the feeling they are laughing at you when you decide not to order when that particular product is not in stock. Again a real shame because the food is good.
