The atmosphere is somewhat redemptive. Long story short, we were there for 2 hours, my food didn't come out, I didn't eat, and I ended up ordering takeout elsewhere. They told me my order wasn't available as the other people at my table were being served. It's annoying, but mistakes happen, so I ordered a pizza instead. After this I waited for another 40 minutes on my pizza as the other people at the table were eating and actually finished eating. So I got up to see the manager who immediately got defense, blamed the kitchen, and gave me an attitude. I said the least he could do is take the pizza off the receipt, so he said quite short that he would and then stormed away to the kitchen leaving me confused if he was going to compt the order or cancel it. By this time, I was hangry and done guessing if or when my food was coming out, so I ordered elsewhere, and we left.

Pros Nice sunset setting with cool band and campfire. Wait staff was friendly.

Cons Kitchen and manager clearly didn't have guest satisfaction and problem solving on their minds. Also, the bottom of the table was very sticky with a mystery substance.

The apartment is amazing, spacious, very well equipped and with a swimming pool. The resort is really big. The experience could have been better as there is no service at all. There is a touch up service instead of cleaning. They come everyday and do a little but washing up/dishwasher, etc its your job. If you ask somth to the reception they dont answer or too busy. You do need a car 100% cause again, there are no shops or supermarkets in the resort and everything is far away. The stairs to the beach are dangerous and if you walk taking the other path you will melt in the process. . They should communicate clearly that this is an apartment rental and not a serviced apartment cause its not. The house and views are great, we missed the service. Excellent location, food choices, exclusive beach, and peace and quiet. Very relaxing. The community has excellent choices of places to eat without leaving the golf community. Our unit was excellent with a nice patio, full kitchen and table, bedding was comfortable, and pool outside the room. All guests were respectful at the pool. Access to the beach was excellent and peaceful with respectful guests, light and enjoyable music coming from the bar area. No loud music or people being loud.
