I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant. Everything was delicious and the portions were perfect. The Red Snapper Ceviche was fresh and incredibly flavorful, perfectly balanced with citrus. The Salmon Sliders were a delightful twist on a classic, perfectly cooked salmon atop soft buns—absolutely delicious. The Tuna Sashimi was exquisite, melt-in-your-mouth and beautifully presented. The Smoked Eel Toast was a bold, smoky delight that complemented the other dishes perfectly. We had the for Caribbean Carrot Cake for dessert. It was rich, moist, a perfect end to the meal. Overall, the combination of fresh ingredients, skillful preparation, and inviting ambiance makes this restaurant a must-visit....

Do you like places where you can just chill and have great food at the same time? Me too, i have been visiting Fishbar too much! From the simple mackerel salad to the dover sole, everything is delicious. Have you ever visited Fishalicious or Fish & Joy? Well same owners, same great flavours but on a smaller scale. Menu varies a lot, but some food are always on the menu like the kibbeling or the salmon pizza. I have tried the whole menu already and i can assure you, everything is tasty! Food comes out really fast. I dunno how Auke manages to do that all by himself. Btw make reservations, it fills up...

We love this little restaurant , the best one by far in our short stay in curaçao. The fish was fresh, small plates with SO much flavor. Waitress was really lovely. Overall great choice, you will not be...
