Stadscafe "in den Guldene Crone" — Restaurant in Dinkelland

I mean, the place itself is adorable. The food is alright, both quality and price wise. Just the service is TERRIBLE, currently it has been 40 minutes and we still haven’t had our very easy and basic grilled cheese. No excuses from the staff or whatsoever, neither is it too crowded for them to be able to make three small little grilled cheeses. NEVER go here if you just wanna enjoy a quick bite and have other stuff to do. Literally go anywhere...

My wife and I had such an enjoyable time here 9/5/19 warming up from a wet bike ride. We met the owner Peter and some of his pals, and really enjoyed their warm hospitality. The service was excellent, food and drinks very good and reasonably priced, and the place it self is so charming. Can't wait to visit again on our next trip to this...

Kom al vele jaren met veel genoegen regelmatig in Ootmarsum. Vanwege activiteiten als de Siepelmark, De Kunstmarkt, Kerstwandeling of zomaar voor een dagje-uit. De fijne sfeer hier ter plaatse is perfekt. Echt een 'Kunstenaarsdorp' op niveau.

Maak naast een korte stadswandeling graag een wandeling in de prachtige omliggende natuur. Vanaf de Kuiperberg zijn er meerdere fantastische wandelingen. Ook de vergezichten zijn adembenemend, zeker bij helder weer. Ook het gebied rond de buitenesch is wondermooi.

Gebruik mijn lunch bij voorkeur in stadscafé 'In den Guldene Crone'. Mijn favoriet: uitsmijter Carpaccio. Echt top. Alles daar is vers en van uitstekende kwaliteit evenals de opmaak. Bruine, gezellige ambiance. Alles schoon en netjes. Snelle en correcte aandacht en bediening. Groot terras aan de voorzijde en een kleiner (smaller) aan de zijkant met zicht op het kerkplein.

Een perfekt start- cq rustpunt. Kom je zeker weer als je er eenmaal geweest...
