Extremely bad service, there is only one table (us) eating the entire night, but they serve very slow and close the kitchen without notifying us, so we ended up with not finishing eating and forced to pay extra with buying the drinks (salty dishes). This is definitely one time visit, will never return there for eating. The owner is asking us if we want to pay with cash, not transparent with everything. I definitely will not recommend the restaurant to anyone!! Let op, if you want a bad dining experience, feel free to try it there.

I admit that we did not wear face masks when we went to your bar (no sign), but why didn't you raise your concerns with us directly and immediately? You said that your employee's health is your top priority, but when you thought our actions endanger your staff, you didn't take any appropriate actions (tell us to wear a face mask or keep a distance of 1.5 meters). You did not resolve our complaint about slow service. I see many other customers post the same complaints. You always talk about serving fresh food. Shouldn't it be hiring more employees (I know it costs money, so you do not want to do that), or to be honest, do not promise that customers can order 4 rounds (according to my experience, this is rather a trick that attracts customers. The restaurant is far below normal serving standard. We showed up at 6pm with excitement that we would have a lovely dinner. However, we ended up leaving at 6:50’ because there was nothing on our table except 1 bow of salad, 3 small cups of dipping saus, 2 drinks. Nobody bothered to come and said sorry for “super late service”. The restaurant offered 2,5 hour for all you can eat but you would spend the first hour for drinking and looking at empty table or seeing other people coming and picking up their order (which restaurant received more profit than serving all you can eat service).
I understand the short staff problem but explain why the restaurant keeps receiving customers (just to full-fill the restaurant spots). I can count at least another 15 customers coming for takeaway food in 45 mins. How about other 20 customers in the restaurant? They also want to have food.
