Eenvoud bistro — Restaurant in Eersel

Wow what a great place to go eat... I just moved to eersel, i have been i few more places to eat and all was "okay"... But this place conquered my heart. The host is super friendly and welcome, she talked to us a lot to explain how they opened this restaurant and why. That added to experience for sure. Menu is a limited choice menu, where for every entry you can only choose one meat dish, one fish dish and one vegeterian dish. Plus dessert of course. And you can sense, taste and smell how much passion and attention they put in preparing such dishes. Always fresh ingredients, simple and super tasty. We took the vegetarian dishes. We ate something we would never eat at home, simple and with choice of ingredients which we would never imagine. It was a great experience we will go back there for...

Na een dagje op pad in Noord-Brabant en dan afsluiten met een etentje in Eersel bij Eenvoud Bistro. Wat een fantastische keuze was dat! We hadden al veel goede berichten gehoord maar zijn behoorlijk verrast en verwend. Het eten was erg goed, ontzettend smaakvol en met liefde bereid. Heerlijk bijpassende wijn erbij! Bediening erg attent en super vriendelijk, dus wij komen snel weer een dagje...
