Never follows instructions, not adding paid extras, delivery wise always takes about 3x longer. Upon requesting the cancellation is refused. Most of times the meat is soggy or over burnt due to reheating (coming from the chef). I was ordering burgers here for a long time until upon the delivery of the most recent order I saw delivery guy eating from my order in front of my house. This is unhygienic, disrespectful and plainly stupid. He didn't even bother to cover the things up leaving fries partially open.
