Bufkes — Restaurant in Eindhoven

The speed with which you can expect your order to be ready is terrible. 20+ minutes for a lunch deal at the end of the lunch time. This is ridiculous and not the first time Customer service is at its worst. I came with my newborn child and husband. My husband decided to eat elsewhere as they do not have nice options for people with braces. We are sitting outside and the employee comes to us saying that other restaurants food is not allowed, which is understandable. I say “Ok, we will not do it anymore, but I am still waiting for my order with you for quite some time now” She replies “Next time don’t bring other food, I will check your order” So no indication that we should leave.

After that she comes back with completely different decision. My order is packed to go, no napkins, plastic utensils and she is saying that apparently now we should leave.

That is not the way that paying customer should be treated. Employee should come back and apologize for misinformation, not force...

Quick, tasty and cheap. Bufkes is a small(ish) chain of sandwich bars from Limburg. They serve both cold and hot sandwiches, most of which still also seem pretty healthy. My last visit to this particular Bufkes was good, the staff was friendly and fast, no negative points to be made here. Considering their price, I'd say this is a...

Het liefst geef ik geen enkele ster. Bufkes burger verdiend niets.

Eerste en de laatste keer hier geweest. Broodje besteld aan de balie. Er was geen bediening. Bestellen ging goed. Ik heb een Bufburger besteld, warm broodje dus, maar deze was niet te vreten. Zoals ie op de foto staat, zo heb ik hem ook achter gelaten. Heb voor de zekerheid het servetje erbij gelegd zodat u duidelijk kunt zien dat ik daar ben geweest.

Iemand, die als een kok uitzag,...een best wel forse man...gooide eigenlijk dat bord op tafel zonder goedemiddag te zeggen. Super onvriendelijk en onverzorgd...dat wilt niemand aan hun tafel hebben.

Er staat op het menu.....met gebakken uitjes...maar dat waren biggie uitjes...en dat is de meest smerige uitjes wat je kunt eten. Broodje op zich was koud. Niet eens lauw...gewoon koud. De hamburger smaakte zuur...echt ranzig. Ik wou ter plekke niemand willen beledigen, en ben daarom vertrokken zonder commentaar. Dit is absoluut niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Mij zien ze...
