I'm giving a poor rating since the service there is quite awful. The serving staff is quite rude!

We had reserved a table for 4 for lunch. Upon arrival, they didn't have a table for us. So they put us on the 'lounge sofa' (very low table) and asked us to wait a bit until they could get a table free. We agreed. We ordered a few drinks in mean time. The we saw other tables getting free but they were being assigned to the people who were just coming in (by the same serving staff that had told us to wait).

In fact they gave away table for 4 to two people, multiple time. After waiting for half hour we request that we be given the next table. They simply refused and said that they simply WOULD NOT move us.

The place is very nice and the food is not bad, but the service is terrible!!!!!! We had a reservation for 2pm, and somehow they hadn’t accounted for it, so they told us to sit in the lounge while they found us a table. We saw multiple people arriving after us and getting a table, when asked why they simply said “you cannot take that one”. After 35 minutes of waiting without any explanation whatsoever we decided to leave. While paying for our drink, the staff refused to admit their mistake and suddenly told us it was our fault for not eating in the lounge. They hadn’t even told us this was an option!
