Truckstop 8 — Restaurant in Eindhoven

Im russian working with trailer in Spain. Every week going to this truckstop to take charge from UPS just near here and eat. If you want yo use nightparking you need to pay 22,50euro... I know it, but dont need It... Just to eat... I tell woman bier frikadellen tomatensoep. And this woman says 22:50 you need to pay, but in menú It costs 9 euro... I ask why? She says because of parking... I say i dont need parking. She says you stay here? I say yes... She says you need parking 22,50euro if you have trailer here... For f*cking frikadellen and tomatensoep i will pay parking??? And then this people speeking on TV about barbarians russia... And finally this person understand than i dont need parking for nothing but just eat and drink... whithout parking... Im really surprized by this treatment to their client infront of other 30+ clients in a hall at that moment... people working that dont listen you... just telling you their rules... by tha way... by the law!!! It is totally prohibitted to force the cliente to buy any tipe of additional service... if I want to eat they cant force me to buy parking... But this waitress tell me if you dont pay parking or show me the ticket of parking paid you cant eat here because of other rules!!! Other rules!!! Their rules, Karl...!!! First world country??? And i was waiting my menú of frikadellen and cheesburger for more than 30+ minutes!!! This waitress was ignoring me... I dont understand It...

Went there for a shower. Their is one for women. She told me to wait as the toilet was occupied. Toilet and shower share the same entrance. After 15 minutes of waiting, I asked if there was really someone there. The waitress told me to wait, after 20 min I asked again .she did not want yo check and told me to wait. I said it had been more than 20 minutes. Then seemly irritated she went and checked, gave me the keys and did not look me in the eyes. Just told me that I could go. Quiet rude, actually, so I asked, and was someone there? Where's she replied, "You can shower and walked away. I asked there was no one there, wasn't it? She shakes the shoulders and replies, quite irritated, no, you can shower. Hence, it was 25 min later, waiting for nothing . The shower area is clean except the shower drain full of hairs. However, the shower head is clocked, and thus, most water comes out near the wall. To wash your hair, you literally have to put your head against the wall if you want to rinse, probably. For me, it's not really worth a second visit. I will look for another shower. Price was 4, 00 euro for the shower . If you park your truck you will pay 23 euro for...

Please avoid this place. You can ONLY park a truck if you spend min. 23.50 for food. At night there is no toilet, no shower,. it even portable toillete. After 11:50am on Saturday until 07:30 am Monday. NO TOILLETE NO SHOWER over the weekend. And they want you to spend 23.50 eur. You can't even get water there because all taps are intentionally closed by owner. This is not a truckstop. It is expensive petrol station, that is all it is. Even when you spend 23.50 and are allowed to park there, you still have to pay for the shower. You get a receipt for food not for parking, so it may be a problem with your company . Truckers unfriendly place, calling otself a truckstop. Staff is good. Food is ok, just ready made meals from the frozen. Not worth the price anyway.
