To the Manager and Staff,
I have a very poor opinion and honestly, I can’t believe what I’m seeing. Never, absolutely never, do the employees wear gloves.
They grab 4 or 5 loaves of bread at once, touching their clothes in the process. One morning, i sow rdered a salmon sandwich that was prepared without gloves. The person directly touched the salmon with hands—how is this acceptable? Did you know you can transmit bacteria, pathogens, and diseases this way? For me, it’s truly unbelievable that no one has reported this before.
As for the coffee—it tastes like water with milk. The coffee machine clearly hasn’t been properly calibrated in a long time. For cappuccinos, the milk is reheated every single time... I want to enjoy my coffee, not drink it with disgust.
Outside, there are no ashtrays and the tables are extremely dirty. I don’t even want to imagine what it looks like behind the scenes.

Read moreI have just purchased "Brood van de week - Monnikenbrood heel Nu 1,99". I did not need the whole loaf, so I asked for a half, expecting to pay 1 Euro for it. Actually I was asked to pay 1,59 or so. Very unprofessional! When I asked "waarom ik anderhalve euro moet betalen voor iets dat heel 2 euro kost?" I got the reply "voor de helft is er geen korting op". This is not stated anywhere in the shop! If the bread is 1,99, then it is not tied to the amount of bread you buy. It is not stated that if you buy less than "heel", you lose the discount. I know only one thing - you lost one regular customer that has been buying bred for years in your shop. Is it because of my accent, so you can see that I am a foreigner, so I do not understand the "rules"? Or is it because we now wear masks due to corona, so you cannot recognize your regular customer? Anyway, from today I look for my bread elsewhere. It is pity I cannot chose zero stars to rate...

Via too good to go een magic box gereserveerd, en vervolgens ruim op tijd in het tijdslot op komen halen. Bij het ophalen de vraag gesteld of we evt. iets met brood zouden kunnen krijgen waarop we een taart kregen met de woorden "Ja zo werkt een magic box nou eenmaal.". Terwijl er in iedere box die er lag, brood zat, behalve deze.
Wij snappen dat het een "Magic box" is en dat we nou eenmaal geen controle hebben over wat erin zit. Maar als je als bedrijf dan expres de doos met geen brood mee geeft, dan snap je klantgericht zaken doen niet. Wij zien geen reden meer om hier naar terug te komen....
